About The VC Academy
The VC Academy was created to address a simple problem.
There is no shortage of information about venture capital. Articles, podcasts, videos, newsletters, and AI tools can explain almost any concept. What is often missing is a structured way to connect those concepts into a coherent framework for evaluating startups, understanding investors, and making better decisions.
The VC Academy was built around that idea.

About Puneet Suri
Puneet is a venture capital and private equity professional and an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus. His notable investments include Blinkit, Uber, Country Delight, Healthians, Snapdeal and Mobikiwk. Prior to his investing career, he was a management consultant with Ernst & Young and Kearney.
Over the course of his career, Puneet has worked across startup investing, fundraising, transaction advisory, and the broader venture ecosystem. Through these experiences he observed that many aspiring career investors and founders struggled not because of a lack of information, but because information was fragmented and difficult to apply consistently.
The frameworks, methodologies, and structured thinking taught throughout The VC Academy reflect years of evaluating businesses, investment opportunities, and early-stage ventures. Puneet is also involved in founder development initiatives and research into structured startup evaluation methodologies, including the development of VERDICT, a software-based startup evaluation engine.
For founders seeking one-on-one strategic guidance, Puneet also offers the Founder Advisory Program - a structured engagement designed to help early-stage founders validate ideas, refine strategy, and prepare for growth.
